Jon graduated from Samford University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. He has completed his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations. He is a licensed life and health insurance agent and holds the SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses as a Wealth Management Advisor with 3D Wealth Management. Jon has worked in wealth management for over two decades and continues to have a passion for comprehensive financial planning to help his clients dream about the future and create a plan which leads to a lifetime of financial security. Learning his client’s goals about their future gives him a starting point to brainstorm ways to help reach and surpass their goals.

Jon has lived, worked, and raised his family in the Upstate of South Carolina. He and his wife, Twila, have been married since 2000. They have four children: Ryan; Randy; Ranger; and Preston; and one grandson, Colton. He and Twila live in Clemson with their youngest son, who is working on his Mechanical Engineering degree at Clemson University. In his down time, he enjoys photography and spending time with his family while hiking, RVing, and skiing. One of Jon's favorite places to visit is Hilton Head Island. On the weekends you can find him cheering on the Tigers at a Clemson football game.

Nick is a 1994 graduate of Georgia Tech with a BS in Chemical Engineering. In his career, he previously worked in process engineering, technical management, plant management and new product development before starting and building a telecommunications company and then selling it in 2015. He owns a significant amount of investment property and has a technology background. Using his career background, he is familiar with the needs of those who work in big business and as well as entrepreneurs who make it happen every day. This experience guides Nick to use a holistic approach to evaluate clients' current situation before making any recommendations. He works to understand goals, evaluate and mitigate risks, and implement investment recommendations.

Nick holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation as well as the Retirement Income Certified Planner (RICP®) designation. He is a licensed life and health insurance agent and holds the SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses as a Wealth Management Advisor with 3D Wealth Management.

He is an Aiken, SC native and has been an upstate resident since 2003. He has two sons, Nicholas and Zach, with his wife Robyn. Nick is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling. Nick is passionate about making an impact with his clients and serving his community in the Upstate. Fun fact, in 7th grade in the 1980s, Nick purchased candy in bulk from Sam's Club and sold it on the bus to school making over $7,000 during the school year. He invested that in Walmart stock in 1985 and sold it in the late 1990s to pay for a large part of his first home.

Joe received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from College of Charleston. He returned to Greenville in 2008 and began his wealth management career in 2015. He has his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and serves as Growth and Development Director in the Greenville office. He is also a licensed life and health insurance agent and holds the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses as a Financial Advisor with 3D Wealth Management.

Joe prides himself and his team on providing a balanced approach to achieving your goal of financial security to grow and protect your wealth and legacy.

While not in the office, Joe prefers to spend his time with family and being outdoors. He has completed numerous marathons and is a two time Ironman finisher. Joe also serves as Vice President of the Greenville County Foster Parent Association. Fun fact about Joe, before retiring from the sport, Joe completed more than 2,000 skydives.

Heather graduated from Lander University in 2006. She has been with Jon Youatt as an Associate Financial Representative since September 2023. As she continues to advance in her financial career, her area of expertise will be financial planning. She is a licensed life and health insurance agent. Heather enjoys working with clients to reach their goals and showing them how they can retire comfortably.

When Heather is away from the office, you can find her enjoying time with her husband and daughter. She enjoys traveling the United States, fly fishing and camping.

Joan graduated from the Spartanburg campus of University of South Carolina. She has been an Associate Financial Representative with Jon Youatt since 2003. Joan is a life and health insurance agent and holds the Series 6 license.

When Joan is away from the office, she enjoys time spent with her husband, Brent, RV’ing through the Southeast and reading a good book. Joan is also our resident animal lover, frequently taking in all critters that need a little TLC.

Andrea graduated from Florida Southern College. She has been with Joe as an Assistant Financial Representative since 2017 and is a licensed life and health insurance agent. Her area of expertise is the insurance application and underwriting process. She enjoys getting to know the clients and figuring out how to best serve them.

When Andrea is not in the office, you can find her on the hiking and cycling trails. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her three grown children and daughter in law. She also volunteers for a local hospice organization and her church where she teaches a Bible study.

One fun fact about Andrea is that during her high school career, she attended a different school in a different state each year. That shows how Andrea quickly adapts to change and makes the best of every situation.

Louise has been the Associate Financial Representative to Nick since 2018. She obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business management. She is a licensed life and health insurance agent.

During her tenure here, Louise is typically the first to find, research and train the team on new technology and platforms that help make the financial planning process more efficient. She enjoys learning new things and sharing that knowledge with her teammates to make us a well rounded firm.
